The three-part residential and commercial property in Alemannenstraße was acquired by us in 2017 and completely renovated. The ensemble of buildings erected in 1898 and covering an area of approx. 1,600 square meters facing the street includes an old town villa typical of Striesen and other commercial and residential buildings in the rear part of the property.
