Major cities, university towns, economically strong medium-sized cities and municipalities in central and eastern Germany (core market) as well as northern Bavaria, northern Hesse, south-east Lower Saxony

Development potential through a reduction in vacancy rates, commercial optimisation, repositioning, refurbishment backlog, conversion, extension, modernisation
