The vacant office building on Ludwig-Hartmann-Strasse 40 in Dresden-Blasewitz, completed in 1996, offers more than 2,000 square meters of space on four floors. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot from Altenberger Platz. At the beginning of 2021, we took over the completely vacant former single-tenant property. During the subsequent revitalization, it was possible to further improve the good technical and visual condition.
Particular importance was attached to a new ESG-compliant heat supply and the expansion of wheel-based individual transport.
Today, the property presents itself as a contemporary, high-quality multi-tenant property that was acquired by an institutional investor.
