The listed villa was planned and built in 1912 by the locally famous architect Max Herfurt and is an exemplary example of the reform architecture that prevailed after 1900.
It is located in the particularly popular and highly sought-after district of Weißer Hirsch in Dresden. New living space and generous commercial space for offices, medical practices and retail are being created in the sophisticatedly designed building.
