Real estate is our passion! We are a nationally active real estate investor and portfolio holder with offices in Berlin, Dresden and Oschatz, which deals with the purchase and revitalization of real estate. We currently have properties worth more than EUR 110 million under management and are on an expansion course.

Therefore we are looking for the earliest possible date for our office in BerlinorDresden:

Project manager I (m/f/d) - real estate usage concepts

​

Do you have a feel for trends and future developments? Would you like a healthy mix of security and start-up air? Are you looking for a diverse and responsible area of responsibility? Once you have gained initial competence and experience within the company, you will also receive increasingly complex tasks and expand your area of responsibility.

YOUR TASK

• They create, develop, install and look after new usage concepts in our properties (e.g. coworking  offices, FabLabs, Food & Beverage etc.) and are therefore significantly involved in the further development of the company.

• You are responsible for the operational implementation of these ideas and projects.  

• For us, project management means: You use the entire spectrum from personnel and material procurement, to marketing and implementation and equipment until "the baby is born".

• Creating business plans is a matter of course for you.

• You are a creative person who takes things into your own hands.

• Monitoring & reporting

 

YOU HAVE​

• a degree (at least Bachelor) in business administration, economics, geography, industrial engineering or similar 

• Work experience in a comparable position

• Good and secure IT skills (Excel, MS Office)

• Creativity for the development of new business areas

• Intuition for trends and future developments

• Negotiation skills with customers and partners
