We are a nationally active real estate investor and portfolio holder with offices in Berlin, Dresden and Oschatz, which deals with the purchase and revitalization of real estate. We currently have properties worth more than EUR 110 million under management and are on an expansion course.

Therefore we are looking for the earliest possible date for our headquarters in Berlin:
 

Project Manager II (m/f/d) Preparation and execution of real estate projects

​

Once you have gained initial competence and experience within the company, you will also receive increasingly complex tasks and expand your area of responsibility.

YOUR TASK

  • Support of the managing partner in the preparation and execution of real estate projects

  • construction cost management

  • calculation preparation

  • General organizational and administrative tasks such as project documentation, management and filing of all contracts and bank documents

  • Perception of client activities on construction sites

  • Client-side supervision of construction projects including budget responsibility

  • Constant communication and cooperation with partners, authorities, architects and other service providers

  • Participation in the handling of project-related marketing activities

 

YOU HAVE

  • a completed degree (at least bachelor's degree) in business administration, architecture, civil engineering, technology or a comparable education

  • At least two years of professional experience in the real estate industry

  • Good and secure IT skills (Excel, MS Office, FLOWFACT desirable)

  • A solution-oriented and responsible way of working

  • Commitment and reliability, loyalty and team orientation

  • excellent manners
